We are currently looking for adults over the age of 18 to participate in an upcoming research study about substance use. We understand this can be a sensitive topic, so please be assured that the information will remain confidential and used for research purposes. Answer the questions on this form honestly as we are looking for a range of people with various experiences pertaining to the topic. If you qualify you will be able to participate in a 60 minute online interview. These interviews are taking place at various times throughout the day on July 24th through the 27th.
