She began her career in 2012 as an interviewer, where she developed a deep understanding of what makes conversations meaningful and insights actionable. Her dedication and attention to detail quickly led her into project management, where she oversaw the end-to-end execution of qualitative studies across a range of industries.
In 2018, Janessa took the leap into entrepreneurship, building her own recruiting agency from the ground up. Her work is guided by a passion for people and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality participants who help bring research to life.
Outside of work, Janessa is a proud mother of twins and a creative at heart. Whether she’s experimenting in the kitchen, planning her next travel adventure, or getting hands-on with a craft project, she’s always looking for ways to stay inspired and bring fresh ideas to everything she does.
Director of Operations & Client Relations
Jessica DeBuhr brings energy, precision, and a client-first mindset to her role as Director of Operations and Client Relations. With a BA from Purdue University (Go Boilermakers!) and five years of hands-on experience in qualitative market research, she’s built her career from the ground up — starting as an interviewer, then growing into assistant project management and full project leadership.
Jessica’s strengths lie in her sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to keep both clients and teams aligned from kickoff to delivery. She thrives on building strong relationships and ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care.
As part of a proud military family, Jessica knows how to adapt quickly, stay organized, and handle challenges with resilience. Outside of work, she’s an adventurer at heart — whether she’s skydiving, bungee jumping, or cheering on her favorite team, she’s always up for a new experience. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her outdoors, soaking up nature, or watching sports with her family.
Business Development Manager & Project Manager
Anarbol Avina serves as Business Development Director and Project Manager at Opinions for Cash, bringing more than a decade of experience in audience insights, participant recruitment, and market engagement across the research and legal sectors. Prior to joining Opinions for Cash, he spent nine years at Nielsen, where he held client-facing leadership roles and contributed to the development of high-quality television and radio panels—particularly within diverse and Hispanic communities that closely align with the demographic requirements of legal research and mock-trial initiatives.
He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he excels at engaging diverse populations and delivering disciplined, results-oriented recruitment strategies that strengthen the quality and integrity of each project.
Outside of work, Anarbol values time with his family and enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team, fishing, and golfing
I’ve spent the better part of the last 25 years working in the market research industry, where my career first began in 2001. After stepping away for a season, I’m thrilled to be back where it all started, returning to my recruiting “roots” with fresh energy and a whole lot of perspective.
I’m a wife and a mom of four, and a global adventurer at heart — endlessly drawn to the most exotic destinations and fully convinced I was meant to live next to the ocean… even if life has me planted in the Midwest for now. I love reggae music, bright colors and wild patterns, aimless trips through TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, cross-stitching, diamond painting, and maintaining an impressive number of to-do lists.
